In the event of a Claim

We will not make any payment under the Policy unless you notify us in accordance with the requirements of the applicable section of cover detailed within your policy wording, using either of the following:

1. Policy Holder Name: Item 1 on your schedule
2. Binding Authority Reference: This is detailed on page 1 of your schedule, if not detailed please state 25N787068093
